The goal of this package is to generate a powerful sense of self-worth that will cause you to retract overextended resources and invest them into yourself. Once you understand your inherent worth as a human– and especially as a woman–you will easily conceptualize holding boundaries, taking care of yourself, and pursuing your unique path.

Format

Twelve 75-minute weekly or bi-weekly virtual sessions.

Each session will begin with your choice of topic, but coaching will support overall established program goals.

Repeated contact and redirection will help you internalize key coaching concepts so you learn to coach yourself outside of sessions with me.

You are responsible for scheduling sessions as your commitment and focus are paramount to your success.

12 sessions/3 months

one-time payment of $1775 or multiple payments for $1825
